ON PRICES
As much as possible, I post all the necessary details on the album and on the photo itself. Prices of the items are indicated as part of the photo’s caption. For example: alie 930php.jpg costs 930 pesos. NO MORE HAGGLING PLEASE.

ON DIMENSIONS
I can provide them to you. Just let me know.

ON CLOTHES AND SIZES
There is a size chart on the album description. Refer to that please.

ON COLORS
Most bags come in only one color. If, in rare cases, it comes in another color, I will post a picture of that too. For clothes, please click on the thumbnail for details if there are other colors available.

ON AVAILABILITY and RESERVATIONS
For clothes, if the item is available, we can hold it for you for a maximum of 2 days (excluding Sundays), after which payment will be required. If no payment is received within 2 days, the reservation will be cancelled.

For other items, like bags, watches, wallets, makeup, etc. – I will check for availability but please confirm your purchase ASAP. Most of these are fast moving items. They may not be available the next day. Reservations may only be accepted if you can deposit 50% of the amount. That way, I can reserve the items for a maximum of 1 week. No refunds though.

We can check for item availability only on regular office hours.

Please note that the reason why I have this policy on reservations is because I get the items from my supplier only when there is a confirmed purchase (in short, when payment has been sent already). They do not accept reservations.

There was this instance when there was only one piece of the item left. I received an order from a client and confirmed to her that there is only one piece left. She didn’t want to pay immediately and when she was ready to pay the next day, the item was already sold out.

ON SHIPPING
MargaritaLove ships items via AIR21, 2GO, Xend, and JRS Express.
Shipping via XEND is generally cheaper, but please note that Xend picks up the items one day after they receive the request for pickup.
My preferred courier for provincial shipping is 2GO.
I combine shipping too. :-)
Once the item has been picked up or sent to the courier, I will send you an SMS with the tracking number. Should you wish to insure your packages with a declared value, I can do that, although there is a corresponding charge.
Shipping fees depend on the weight of the item and on the location. Items will be shipped within 1-3days upon confirmation of payment. Unfortunately, there will be
no shipping on Sundays and Holidays.


ON MEETUPS
Meetups can be arranged at McDonald's Eastwood City with a minimum handling fee of 50php, or at the Cubao Expo Weekend Night Market on the bazaar dates, handling fee waived.
These are the only pickup points that I can set.
I have a very hectic schedule, so before meetups can be arranged, payment (or at least a deposit) is required.

ON SENDING PAYMENT
MargaritaLove accepts the following modes of payment:


GLOBE G-CASH
For registered G-Cash users:
To send G-cash: type: AMOUNT (space) PIN then send to 2882-917.324.0251.
Example: 550 1234 send to 2882.917.324.0251

For non- G-Cash users,register to GCash via text
Just Text: REG(space)any 4-digit PIN/Mother's Maiden Name/First Name/Last Name/Address and send to 2882
Note that there should be no spaces before and after the slashes (/).
Make sure all information provided are true and the subscriber’s name is as reflected on the subscriber’s ID

For non-GLOBE SUBSCRIBERS - you can still use G-cash!
Cash-in to my account in GLOBE CENTERS or SM CUSTOMER SERVICE SECTION in SM DEPARTMENT STORES. (Aside from my number, you will need other account details (my full name and address). They are available upon request.
